Zavedení vychystávacího systému ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami štíhlé logistiky a současnými trendy v logistice, zejména vychystávacími systémy zboží. V práci je analyzována problematika vychystávání dílů pro sekvenční montáž ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem je navrhnout efektivnější způsob vychystávání dílů.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with methods of lean logistics and current trends in logistic area, especially picking systems of material. In this thesis, the issue of picking of material for sequence assembly production in the given company is analyzed. The aim of this thesis is to suggest more effective way of picking system.
