Secure Payments Method in Internet Shops Scene

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním klíčových platebních metod v prostředí internetových obchodů B2C globálního, nadnárodního charakteru a vybraných služeb na trhu v České republice. Cílem tohoto porovnání je identifikace stěžejních oblastí jednotlivých aplikací, specifikace použitých principů a řešení, stejně jako úvaha o možnosti jejich implementace do služby PaySec. Tento návrh dalšího možného rozvoje aplikace má ambici získat konkurenční výhodu pro ČSOB - provozovatele služby PaySec. V úvodu jsem popsal obecná východiska elektronického obchodování ve srovnání s obchodem tradičním a aplikoval na tuto oblast jednotlivé prvky marketingového mixu. Druhou kapitolu jsem pojal jako sondu do historie bezkontaktního obchodování a prodeje zboží a služeb alternativními distribučními cestami. Ve třetí kapitole rozebírám základní technologické a obchodní části jednotlivých aplikací. Čtvrtou kapitolu jsem věnoval bezpečnosti, způsobům a možnostem identifikace, autentizace a autorizace. V páté kapitole jsem se soustředil na porovnání stěžejních obchodní funkcí jednotlivých aplikací. V šesté kapitole jsem sumarizoval získané poznatky, aplikoval je na službu PaySec a nastínil tak směry jejího dalšího možného rozvoje.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on comparison of key payment methods in the environment of B2C Internet transactions of a global and super national character and selected services in the market of the Czech Republic. The target of this comparison is to identify the key fields of particular applications, specify principles and solutions in use and consider their potential implementation into the PaySec service. This proposal to further develop the application has ambitions to get a competitive advantage for ČSOB, a PaySec operator. In the introduction I have described the general background of electronic transactions in comparison to traditional ones and applied particular elements of a marketing mixture to this field. The Chapter Two is devoted to the history of contactless transactions and sales of goods and services via alternative distribution channels. As regards the Chapter Three I have analysed basic technological and business parts of particular applications. The Chapter Four provides for description of security, methods and potential identification, authentication and authorisation. In the Chapter Five key business functions of particular applications are analysed. As for the Chapter Six I have summarised the respective findings and applied them to the PaySec service thus outlining directions of its potential further development.
