Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na postavení komunity LGBT+ na českém pracovním trhu a na možnosti zlepšení tohoto postavení. Dle poznatků z literární rešerše diskriminace LGBT+ pracovníků negativně ovlivňuje pracovní spokojenost, výkonnost podniku a následně i eko-nomickou prosperitu státu. The subject of this diploma thesis is the analysis of position of the LGBT+ community in the Czech labour market and proposal of measures to improve this position.
