Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou daňových rájů. Hlavním cílem je o přesvědčit čtenáře, že se nejedná o ilegální činnost ani nic podobného. Zpočátku se zabývám charakteristikou daňových rájů a později přecházím přímo k vybrané jurisdikci, Kypru. Práce nesmí vynechat ani aktuální situaci v regionu. Důležitá je poslední kapitola, která demonstruje, jak výhodně v této zemi podnikat.
Abstract:
The work deals with the issue of tax havens. The main objective is to convince the reader that this is not an illegal activity or anything like that. Initially I'm dealing with the definition of tax havens and later transitioning directly to the chosen jurisdiction, Cyprus. Work must not miss the current situation in the region.
