Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit, jak ovlivňují pracovní podmínky produktivitu práce zaměstnanců vybraného podniku. Na úvod seznamuji čtenáře s produktivitou, produktivitou práce a také možnostmi měření. Následně popisuji pro čtenáře pracovní podmínky a jejich rozdělení. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to assess how working conditions influence the productivity of employees in a selected company. To begin with, I acquaint the reader with productivity, labour productivity, and methods of measurement. Subsequently, I describe the working conditions and their categorization for the reader.
