Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku trenérství a krizově intervenční kompetence samotných trenérů. Zaměřuje se především na jejich odbornost, udržování vztahů se svěřenci a jejich podporu v krizových situacích. Hlavním cílem empirické části je zjistit, jakým způsobem trenéři pomáhají svým svěřencům a jaké nejčastější situace s nimi řeší.Abstract:
The master´s work is focused on the problems of the coaching and crisis-intervention competences of the coaches. The work is concentrated on their skills, keeping the relationships with the minders and support of them in the crisis situations. The main aim of the practical part is to analyse the ways of the helping and the most frequent crisis situations.Keywords
