Cílem předkládané diplomové práce je analýza odstoupení od spotřebitelských smluv uzavřených pomocí prostředků komunikace na dálku, zejména po internetu. The aim of this Diploma Thesis is the analysis of the right of withdrawal from consumer contracts negotiated at a distance, especially via the internet.
