Analýza strategických rizik ve výrobním procesu vybraného podniku

Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku analýzy strategických rizik se specifikací na rizikovost výrobního procesu. S využitím FMEA metody byla provedena analýza výrobních rizik na zvoleném podniku včetně stanovení nákladů na vzniklé neshody. Zkoumány byly příčiny vzniku rizik a jejich možné dopady na výrobní proces ve vybraném podniku. Za klíčová rizika byla identifikována chybějící data v konfigurátoru …more
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of strategic risk analysis with a specification of the riskiness of the production process. Using the FMEA method, an analysis of production risks was performed at the selected company, including the determination of the costs of non-conformities.
