Tato rigorózní práce je zaměřena na úpravu odstoupení od smlouvy. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. V první kapitole jsou stručně charakterizovány veškeré způsoby zániku závazků. Druhá kapitola se zabývá odstoupením od smlouvy upraveným ve všeobecných ustanovení o závazcích občanského zákoníku. Submitted rigorous thesis deals with legislation of withdrawal of the contract. The thesis is divided into five parts. In the first part there are characterized all the ways of termination of obligations.
