Diplomová práca skúma vývoj doktríny majetkovej zodpovednosti členských štátov za porušenie práva EÚ. Analyzuje kľúčové rozsudky Európskeho súdneho dvora a podmienky, ktoré zodpovednosť členského štátu zakladajú v závislosti od povahy porušenia práva EÚ.
