Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komunikaci sociálního pedagoga s klientem a komunikaci sociálních pracovníků s klientem. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit komunikační dovednosti sociálních pracovníků a zvládání krizových situací, pokud tyto při komunikaci s klientem vzniknou. Zjišťovala jsem teoretické znalosti sociálních pracovníků v oblasti komunikačních dovedností, tj. absolvovaná školení týkající se komunikačních dovedností, asertivního chování apod. Dále jsem zjišťovala, jak samotní sociální pracovníci zvládají konfliktní situace s klientem, jaké jsou jejich pocity a zda mají možnost daný konflikt následně projednat a zhodnotit s ostatními spolupracovníky nebo vedoucím pracovníkem.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on communication of social educator with the client, and communication of social workers with client. The aim of this thesis is to find communication skills of social workers and their cope with crisis situations. I detected theoretical knowledge of social workers in area of communication skills; training of communication skills, assertive behavior, etc. I also examined how social workers manage conflict situations with klient, what are their feelings, and if they can discuss or valorize the conflict with other colleagues or their manager.
