Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou konkrétnych právnych krokov, ktoré boli uskutočnené vrámci uvalenia ekonomických sankcií voči Rusku počas trvania ukrajinskej krízy. Práca slúži ako ucelený text pojednávajúci oproblematike od teoretickej roviny až po konkrétnu aplikáciu.
