Návrh a implementace etických kodexů v podnicích v segmentu velkoobchodu

Abstract:

Podniky mohou existenci etického kodexu a dodržování etických pravidel vnímat jako určitou přidanou hodnotu. Taková firma je pak společností obecně vnímána jako moderní, progresivní podnikatelský subjekt, který se zajímá nejen o své zákazníky a dosahování zisku, ale také o své zaměstnance, vnitropodnikovou kulturu, životní prostředí a další aspekty. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení etických kodexů v podnicích působících ve velkoobchodu za účelem návrhu etického kodexu pro společnost Jiří Chmelař – LIBOLI, s. r. o., a to včetně zkvalitnění vnitřního podnikového prostředí a identifikování specifik pro tvorbu etických kodexů v segmentu velkoobchodních firem. Byla aplikována kvalitativní a komparativní analýza, analýza odvětví velkoobchodu, případová studie, SWOT analýza etického řízení, dotazníkové šetření a polostrukturované rozhovory se stakeholdery. Díky těmto analýzám byly zodpovězeny stanovené výzkumné otázky. Analýzy sloužily jako podklad pro návrh a implementaci etického kodexu pro konkrétní podnik a byla navržena pro tvorbu etických kodexů pro segment podniků podnikajících ve velkoobchodní činnost. Z doporučení pro další podniky je třeba respektovat při tvorbě etického kodexu specifika daného odvětví a rovněž provést důslednou analýzu konkrétního podniku s cílem identifikovat hlavní eticky problémové situace a následně vytvořit a implementovat účinný etický kodex, který je vhodné spojit s dalšími nástroji etického řízení. Etický kodex musí být ovšem vždy navržen na míru každé společnosti podle jejích konkrétních specifik. Přínos je pro segment velkoobchodu i pro konkrétní podnik, pro který byl etický kodex navržen. Je možno použít stejný navržený postup tvorby etického kodexu i v jiných podnicích. Omezením výzkumu je poměrně malý vzorek analyzovaných etických kodexů a pouze rámcová analýza eticky problémových situací segmentu velkoobchodu.

Abstract:

Businesses can see the existence of a code of ethics and compliance with ethical rules as a certain added value. Such a company is generally perceived by the company as a modern, progressive business entity, which is interested not only in its customers and making a profit, but also in its employees, internal culture, environment and other aspects. The aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate codes of ethics in companies operating in wholesale for the purpose of drafting a code of ethics for the company Jiří Chmelař – LIBOLI, s. R. O. Qualitative and comparative analysis, wholesale industry analysis, case study, SWOT analysis of ethical management, questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews with stakeholders were applied. Thanks to these analyzes, the set research questions were answered. The analyzes served as a basis for the design and implementation of a code of ethics for a specific company and designed for the creation of codes of ethics for the segment of companies doing business in wholesale activities. The recommendation for other companies is to respect the specifics of the industry when creating a code of ethics and also to perform a thorough analysis of a particular company in order to identify major ethical issues and then create and implement an effective code of ethics, which should be combined with other ethical management tools. However, the code of ethics must always be tailored to each company according to their specific specifics. The benefit is for the wholesale segment as well as for the specific company for which the code of ethics was designed. The same proposed code of conduct can be used in other companies. The limitation of the research is a relatively small sample of the analyzes codes of ethics and also only a general analysis of the ethically problematic situations of the wholesale segment.
