Motivation of Enterprise Fire Brigade Employees towards Education
Abstract:
Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je motivace zaměstnanců hasičského záchranného sboru podniku ke vzdělávání. Cílovou skupinou jsou zaměstnanci Hasičského záchranného sboru podniku v Ostravě, kteří ze své profesní pozice hodnotí dosavadní možnosti a způsoby vzdělávání v rámci organizace včetně motivačních nástrojů.
Abstract:
The main theme of this bachelor´s work is the motivation of employees in the fire rescue service for further education. The target group consists of the enterprise fire brigade employees seated in Ostrava. The firemen from the company evaluate here, from their professional positions, the existing possibilities and ways of the education within the company, including the motivational methods.
