Abstract:

Malé a střední podniky stále více usilují o mezinárodní expanzi, aby dosáhly růstu v rychle globalizující se ekonomice. Procesy a strategie podporující efektivní internacionalizaci MSP jsou v této práci široce zkoumány. Tato studie zkoumá dynamiku vstupu na globální trhy a expanzi s využitím teoretických rámců, jako jsou Ansoffova matice, Uppsalův model a teorie sítí. Kromě toho jsou zahrnuty případové studie čtyř MSP z různých sektorů.

Abstract:

Small and medium-sized enterprises are increasingly looking to expand internationally in order to achieve growth in the quickly globalizing economy. The processes and strategies that support effective internationalization of SMEs are explored extensively in this thesis. This study explores the dynamics of global market entry and expansion by utilizing theoretical frameworks such as the Ansoff Matrix, Uppsala Model, and Network Theory. Additionally, case studies of four SMEs from different sectors are included.
