Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem zpracování hroznů v lisech používaných v soudobých vinařstvích. This bachelor thesis deals with the process of processing grapes in presses used in contemporary wineries. The main part is focused on pneumatic presses, their equipment, funktion, technical parameters and modern trends.
