Employee benefits of the selected business enterprise
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci jsou na základě teoretických výpočtů a analýz postupně vyhodnoceny jednotlivé zaměstnanecké benefity v předem vybraném obchodním závodě. Na základně dat ze SAP systému společnosti je srovnána efektivita daných benefitů, jejich využití, i samotná nákladovost jednotlivých benefitů. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis evaluates individual employee benefits in a given company, based on theoretical calculations and analysis. The effectiveness of the given benefitsits use and the costs alone are compared based on the data taken from the SAP systém.
