V centru pozornosti bakalářské práce je kolize obchodních podmínek a způsoby jejich řešení v právních řádech. Jednotlivé způsoby řešení jsou detailněji představeny. V práci je vylíčen historický vývoj právní úpravy obchodních podmínek až do současnosti, včetně vlivu mezinárodních zdrojů (unifikační projekty, CISG apod.) a vlivu evropského práva. The focus of this thesis is battle of forms and its possible solutions. Individual solutions are presented in detail.
