Identifikace akcií lépe řízených amerických bank: kombinovaná fundamentální a technická analýza indexu S&P 500

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat akcie lépe řízených amerických bank s největším růstovým potenciálem. Provádí se pomocí fundamentální a technické analýzy v roce 2023 a vyhodnocením ceny vybraných akcií v roce 2024. Práce popisuje makroekonomické faktory, fundamentální ukazatele, cenové poměry a technické ukazatele, které ovlivňují bankovní sektor a cenu akcií. Poté jsou prakticky testovány čtyři hypotézy o vlivu proměnných na růst akcií pomocí různých statistických metod, jako jsou korelační analýza, vícenásobná regrese a t-test. Dále je vyvozen závěr, jaké přesně faktory, poměrové ukazatele a indikátory by měly být pro takovou analýzu použity a jaké akcie s největším růstovým potenciálem jsou identifikovány. Výsledky poskytují drobným investorům cenné poznatky o nejvýznamnějších proměnných, které ovlivňují růst cen akcií, a zjednodušený přístup k investování do bankovního sektoru.

Abstract:

The bachelor`s thesis aims to identify stocks of better-managed U.S. banks with the most growth potential. It is done by conducting fundamental and technical analysis in 2023 and evaluating the price of chosen stocks in 2024. The thesis describes macroeconomic factors, fundamental ratios, price ratios and technical indicators that drive the banking sector and stock price. Afterwards, four hypotheses about the impact of variables on stock growth are tested practically using different statistical methods such as correlation, multiple regression and t-test analyses. Further, it is concluded what exact factors, ratios and indicators should be used for such analysis and what stocks with the most growth potential are identified. The results provide valuable insights for retail investors about the most relevant variables that affect stock price growth and a simplified approach to investing in the banking sector.
