Abstract:

Při studiu dějin policie, četnictva a vězeňství jsem zjistil, že nedávno realizovaná výuka ještě nemá propracovány všechny úseky a specializace svého předmětu. Do určité míry i služební zájem mě zavedl k informačním zdrojům k problematice říční policie, proto se pokusím věnovat ji přiměřenou pozornost. Vedle badatelského zájmu, který objasňuji v úvodu, jsem si zmíněnou problematiku rozčlenil do části věnované počátku předmětné problematiky. Následuje stručný vývoj v letech meziválečné republiky, kde významnou úlohu má strategicky a tedy i politicky tok Dunaje. V další části jsem nemohl opomenout otázku československé říční flotily v rámci československé armády.Těžiště práce vidím ve vzniku a vývoji poříčního oddílu v Praze a v logické souvislosti bylo vhodné objasnit i výcvik spojený s otázkou přípravy a realizaci potápění. Zde věnuji pozornost také otázkám technickým, metodě výcviku, klasifikaci a kontrole.Bakalářská práce je rukopisem historického charakteru a tedy používám tradiční přímou metodu, jak je v historii běžné. Informační zdroje, získané ze služebních spisoven, příslušných archivů a z literatury uvádím v závěrečné části bakalářské práce s využitím zásad kritiky pramenů a literatury.

Abstract:

While studying the history of police, gendarmerie and prison service I realised that the teaching approach, that has been performed recently, did not fully implement all fields and specialization of the subject. Being led among others by professional interest I have discovered a source of information related to the field of „river police” therefore I'm trying to pay an adequate attention to this subject. Except the research interest which is explained in the beginning of the thesis, I have split the subject up and focused on its origins. The next part is dedicated to interwar years, the period when Danube played a significant role as from a strategic as from a political point of view. I certainly could not have left out the topic of the role of the Czechoslovak river flotilla within the Czechoslovak army that is described in the following part of the thesis. The most important part, the focal point of the thesis refers to the establishment and development of the river-guard in Prague. In this context as an integral part of the topic the preparation and realization of diving is being explained. In this section the attention is paid to technical questions, training methodology, classification and control.Baccalaureate thesis is a manuscript of historical nature and thus I'm using traditional direct technique commonly used in history. The information resources obtained from service registries, relevant archives and literature are mentioned in closing part of the thesis by using the rules of criticism of resources and literature.
