Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řízení rizik projektu. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. V první části je teoreticky rozebrána problematika projektového managementu a ve druhé části je rozebrána teorie řízení rizik. This bachelor thesis is focused on managing risk of project. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In first chapter the issue of project management is analysed in theory and in second chapter the issue of risk management is analysed.
