Staphylococcus aureus je významný bakteriální patogen produkující množství faktorů virulence, které zahrnují také exfoliativní toxiny. Předmětem studia této práce bylo 15 klinických exfoliatin D-pozitivních kmenů izolovaných v různých českých nemocnicích v letech 2005 - 2013. Abstract:
Staphylococcus aureus is a significant bacterial pathogen producing a number of virulence factors, including exfoliative toxins. This thesis focuses on analysing 15 clinical exfoliatin D-positive strains isolated in different Czech hospitals between 2005 and 2013.
