Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá především oběťmi stalkingu. Nejprve se zabývá problematikou stalkingu, jeho definicí, historií a druhy. Dále popisuje zahraniční a českou legislativu stalkingu. Následně se zabývá pachatelem tohoto trestného činu, tedy stalkerem. Dále popisuje charakteristiku obětí stalkingu, dopady stalkingu na oběť a různé copingové a obranné strategie. This diploma thesis mainly deals with victims of stalking. The first deals with stalking, its definitions, history and types. It also describes foreign and Czech stalking legislation. It also deals with perpetrator of this crime, a stalker.
