Gamma-spectrometric mapping in the Southern part of the Třebíč Pluton

Abstract:

The work is focused on the distribution of radioactive material in the surroundings of the south-eastern contact of the Třebíč massif with the Moldanubian rocks. The studied area lies in the surroundings of Dolní Vilémovice, Lipník, Zárubice, and Myslibořice villages. Six hundred and seventy-seven points were measured in the field in the 34x20 grid to which were added 12 control measurements and 45 points measured on the rock outings. These measurements were supplemented by the borrowed chemical analysis of the Třebíč massif durbachite. Gamma-spectrometric maps for pottasium, uranium, thorium, dose and dose rate were made on the basis of gamma-spectrometric data. Gamaspectrometric maps shows degradation of uranium and thorium in the Moldanubian rocks at close contact with Trebic durbachite confirmed by graphs of uranium and thorium values for individual measured profiles. Factor analysis of chemical components from the Třebíč massif durbachite showed that the variability of chemistry can only be explained by two factors, the first of which has the origin in the mantle and the second in the crust. The contents of uranium and thorium are probably also from a crust factor.

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřená na rozložení radioaktivní hmoty v okolí jihovýchodního kontaktu třebíčského masivu s horninami moldanubika. Studované území leží v okolí obcí Vilémovice, Lipník, Zárubice a Myslibořice. Při terenních měřeních bylo naměřeno 677 bodů v gridu 34x20, ke kterým bylo přidáno 12 kontrolních bodů a 45 bodů měřených na výchozech. Tato měření byla doplněná o převzaté chemické analýzy durbachitu třebíčského masivu. Na základě naměřených gamaspektrometrických dat byly sestavené gamaspektrometrické mapy pro draslík, uran, thorium, dávku a dávkový příkon, které vykazují ochuzení hornin moldanubika o uran, thorium a o celkové rozložení radioaktívní hmoty v blízkém kontaktu s třebíčským durbachitem, což potvrzují i grafy hodnot uranu a thoria pro jednotlivé příčné profily. Faktorová analýza chemismu durbachitu třebíčského masivu ukázala, že variabilitu chemismu lze vysvětlit pouze dvěma faktory z nichž první má zrejmně původ plášťový a druhý kůrový. Obsahy uranu a thoria pravděpodobně patří také do kůrového faktoru.
