Abstract:

Diplomová práce ,,Význam a percepce manželství v současnosti?, jak už sám název napovídá, je zaměřena na postoj dnešní populace k tomuto institutu. Teoretická část zprvu čtenáře provází historickým vývojem soužití muže a ženy, nastiňuje, jaké postavení v dané společnosti jedinci měli v návaznosti na svoji pohlavní příslušnost, seznamuje s úplnými počátky vzniku manželství, jeho transformací v měnících se společenských podmínkách a jeho funkcí v minulosti i dnes. Následující kapitola je orientována na formy soužití v párovém svazku. Nejdříve vysvětluje pojem manželství, vykládá jeho právní úpravu a sociální funkci. Navazuje koncepce nesezdaného soužití. Určuje jeho postavení ve společnosti a hledá příčiny stoupající obliby tohoto svazku. Tento oddíl je zakončen aktuálním tématem, registrované partnerství. Je zde popsán společenský vztah k tomuto druhu soužití, jeho historický vývoj a právní definice. Kapitola třetí řeší problematiku genderu a jeho vliv na partnerský život. Soustředí se na postavení mužů a žen v české společnosti a determinuje role manželské a rodičovské v průběhu dějin. Převážně pak poukazuje na měnící se trendy ve vnímání maskulinity a feminity a s tím související snahy o pohlavní zrovnoprávnění. Poslední podkapitola vymezuje pojem ,,Manželská krize?, pátrá po příčinách tohoto jevu a možnostech jeho řešení. Poslední pojednání teoretické části charakterizuje slovo rozvod a jeho pojetí stránky procesní. Identifikuje některé situace, které rozloučení manželství přináší. Druhá polovina diplomové práce je částí empirickou. Jsou zde shrnuty výsledky výzkumu. Vyhodnocením dat z dotazníkového šetření jsou vyřčeny závěry, které přímo korespondují s měnící se percepcí dnešní společnosti v otázkách významu manželství a rodičovství.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis ,, Meaning and perception of marriage in the present ", as its name suggests, is focused on the present attitude of the population with regard to this Institute. The theoretical part at the beginning is conducting readers by the historical development of coexistence of men and women, clarifies how was the status of individuals in a particular society in connection with their gender, , acquainting with the absolute beginnings of genesis marriage, its transformation in the changing social conditions and its role in the past and today. The following chapter is oriented on forms of coexistence in paired volume. At first is explaining the concept of marriage, construing its legislation and social function and relates the concept of unmarried coexistence, determining its position in society and seeks causes of increasing popularity of this volume. This section is completed by actual theme- registered partnership. Here is described a social relation to this kind of coexistence, its historical development and legal definition. The third chapter is dealing the issue of gender and its influence on partner relation. It focuses on the status of men and women in Czech society and determines spousal and parental role in the course of history. Predominantly it refers to the changing trends in perceptions of masculinity and femininity and the related efforts on gender equality. The fourth chapter, entitled ,, marital Crisis " delimits not only this concept but also looking for the causes of this phenomenon and how to solve it. The last treatise of the theoretical part characterizes the word divorce and its process. Identifies some situations which farewell marriage is bringing. The second half of the diploma thesis is empirical part. here summarizes the results of research. Evaluated data from a questionnaire are expressing conclusions, Which directly correspond with the changing perception of today's society on issues of meaning of marriage and parenthood.
