Coordination of fiscal policies of EU Member States.

Abstract:

The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the history and formation of major events and factors that are essential for the establishment of the European Union. Heads of institutions have introduced legal rules and laws essential for the smooth running EÚ.Second chapter discusses the theoretical basis of the problem. Defines related terms, appointed by the properties of fiscal policy and provides cutting tools of stabilization in terms of expected impacts on ekonomiku.Third chapter analyzes the behavior of actors in the European Union to the economic crisis. As the main actors of stabilization policy are identified on the EU institutions, Member States, stakeholders and the public. The thesis is a description of the steps and actions of the European Union - the euro area fiscal policy during the current crisis.

Abstract:

Práca je rozdelená na tri kapitoly. Prvá kapitola práce sa zaoberá vznikom históriou a hlavnými udalosťami a faktormi ktore boli podstatné pre založenie Európskej únie. Vedúcimi inštitúciami ktoré zaviedli pravidlá právne normy a zákony rozhodujúce pre plynulý chod EÚ. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá teoretickým základom problematiky. Vymedzuje súvisiace pojmy, vymenúva vlastnosti fiškálnej politiky a uvádza delenie stabilizačných nástrojov z hľadiska očakávaných dopadov na ekonomiku.Tretia kapitola práce sa zaoberá analýzou správania aktérov európskej únie v súvislosti s ekonomickou krízou. Ako hlavní aktéri stabilizačnej politiky boli identifikované inštitúcie EÚ, členské štáty, záujmové skupiny a verejnosť. Cieľom diplomovej je popísat kroky a opatrenia Európskej únie - eurozóny v oblasti fiškálnej politiky v čase sučasnej krízy.
