Restrictions on property rights under the Civil Code
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá velmi rozsáhlou problematikou vlastnického práva a jeho omezování v zorném úhlu dřívější a aktuální platné úpravy v občanském zákoníku. Autorka práce si jako hlavní cíl vymezila zpracování uceleného přehledu způsobů a druhů omezování vlastnického práva v českém právním řádu.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the very extensive issue of property law and its limitation in the visual angle of the previous and current valid regulations in the Civil Code. The author of the work defined as the main objective the elaboration of a comprehensive overview of the ways and types of restrictions on the ownership right in the Czech legal order.
