Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Územní samospráva ve Francii a v ČR“ zkoumá shodné a rozdílné aspekty obecního zřízení ve vybraných státech. Nejprve jsou v teoretické části představeny základní postavení obcí v obou zemích, společně s jejich pravomocemi a orgány, poté následuje deskripce hospodaření obcí. V praktické části pak budou oba systémy komparovány na konkrétních vybraných obcích.
Abstract:
The subject of the thesis "The territorial administration in France and in Czech Republic" is examination of different aspects of the municipality selected states. In the theoretical part are presented basics facts about municipalities in both countries, along with their powers and authorities, followed by a description of their economy.
