Dizertační práce se zabývá možnostmi ošetření zlomenin Th/L páteře v osteoporotickém terénu. V klinické části hodnotíme soubor pacientů se zlomeninami ošetřenými technikou expandibilního stentu. Sledovali jsme operační zátěž, rentgenologické parametry – výšku přední, střední a zadní části obratlového těla, úhel kyfotizace mezi horní a dolní krycí plochou obratle. The dissertation focusis on osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral body fractures treatment options. In the clinical part we evaluated group of patients treated by expandible stent augmentation technique.
