Předmětem bakalářské práce "Porovnání realitního trhu s bydlením v Brně a okolí" je porovnání realitního trhu s bydlením ve městě Brně a menších městech v okrese Brno-venkov, Tišnova a Ivančic. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnání průměrných cen nabízených bytů ve vybraných městech, dále porovnání průměrných cen bytů v jednotlivých městských částech města Brna. Abstract:
The subject of the bachelor thesis "Comparison of the real estate market in Brno and neighborhood" is to compare real estate market in Brno and other smaller cities in county Brno-venkov, Tišnov and Ivančice. Main part is to compare average prices of the offered flats in those cities and than in selected districts of Brno.
