The issue of mental strain and physical load of teachers and education staff in regular nursery schools.

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku fyzické a psychické zátěže u pedagogických pracovníků běžných mateřských škol. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat zátěžové faktory a intenzitu jejich působení na psychiku a soma pedagogických pracovníků. Teoretická část je zaměřena zejména na problematiku zátěže, jednotlivých typů stresorů, jejich vliv na jedince. Poslední kapitola je věnována prevenci a duševní hygieně. Podstatou praktické části je vlastní realizace výzkumu. Jde o výzkum kvantitativní, kde jsou zjišťovány významné stresory působící na pedagogické pracovníky a také to, do jaké míry je pedagogičtí pracovníci vnímají negativně a zda délka výkonu profese ovlivňuje míru prožívané zátěže. Výsledky budou aplikovatelné při řízení skupiny a budou použitelné pro práci předškolního pedagoga. Pro sběr dat jsme využili dva dotazníky, a to Meisterův standardizovaný dotazník a vlastní dotazník pro zjištění fyzické zátěže. K dispozici jsme měli 702 vyplněných dotazníků. Naše výsledky ukázaly lehce převládající ohrožení v psychické oblasti nad oblastí fyzickou. Dále jsme v našem výzkumu došli k závěru, že neexistuje závislost mezi prožíváním psychické a fyzické zátěže a délkou výkonu profese. Konkrétně jsme zjistili, že délka praxe nemá vliv na míru prožívání zátěže.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to map the stress factors and the intensity of their effect on the mental and physical of preschool teachers. The theoretical part is mainly focused on the issue of stress, individual types of stressors, their impact on individuals. The last chapter is devoted to prevention and mental hygiene. The essence of the practical part is the actual implementation of research. We used a quantitative research, where significant stressors affecting pedagogical staff are identified, as well as the extent to which pedagogical staff perceive them negatively and whether the length of the profession affects the degree of workload. The results will be applicable to group management and will be applicable to the work of a preschool teacher. We used two questionnaires for data collection, namely Meister's standardized questionnaire and our own questionnaire for determining physical activity. We had 702 completed questionnaires. Our results showed a slightly predominant threat in the mental area over the physical area. Furthermore, we concluded in our research that there is no dependence between experiencing mental and physical stress and the length of the profession. Specifically, we found that the length of practice does not affect the degree of stress experience.
