Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje studiu depozice tenkých vrstev kyseliny stearové metodou Langmuira-Blodgettové na křemíkový substrát. Nanesené vrstvy jsou studovány pomocí rentgenové difrakce a mikroskopie atomárních sil. Výstupem této práce je zhodnocení vlivu různých povrchových úprav substrátu a depozičních parametrů na kvalitu nanesené vrstvy určené pomocí rtg difrakce a AFM. Dále je u vybraných …more

This bachelor thesis deals with the deposition of thin layers of stearic acid on a silicon substrate using the Langmuir-Bloddget method. The deposited layers are studied via X-Ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy.
