Abstract:
Cílem práce byla identifikace intestinálních parazitů v sedimentu hrobového původu z 11. století. Paraziti byli detekováni na mikroskopické úrovni za pomoci sedimentačního vyšetření. Při molekulární metodě byly využity nespecifické primery NEM18S a specifické primery amplifikující rod Trichuris, který se v kontrolních vzorcích vyskytoval s nejvyšší četností. Abstract:
This work aimed to identify intestinal parasites in the sediment of grave origin from the 11th century. The parasites were detected at the microscopic level by sedative coproscopic examination. The molecular method used non-specific primers NEM18S and specific primers amplifying the genus Trichuris, which occurred in the control samples with the highest frequency.
