Abstract:

„Láska jako pocit nevolnosti“ je cyklus zabývající se mýtem romantické lásky, který se vyskytuje v naší kultuře. Cyklus je pokusem, jak tomu čelit, jakýmsi druhem vypořádání se s touto skutečností. Odráží se snad v životě krásné pohádkové příběhy? Konfrontace s realitou pomáhá vrátit se na pevnou zem. Ukazuje se, že dětské představy mohou být nesplnitelné. Princezny neexistují a srdce má ve skutečnosti jiný tvar. Ve skutečnosti neexistuje, je to všechno vymyšlené. Motýli jsou z papíru a lidé jsou, přicházejí náhodně. Druhá polovina není ideálním doplněním. Objevují se mezery, nesoulady a škrábance. Obavy a opotřebovaná očekávání jsou stále hůře stravitelné. Láska, navzdory růžové barvě a polevě, kterou nám zpočátku nabízí, přináší také zklamání, rozčarování a občas končí traumaticky. Některé rány se zcela nikdy nezahojí. Samota je blíž, než se zdálo, a zamilovanost jen na okamžik vytváří iluzi blízkosti.

Abstract:

„It's a wonderful lie” is a series dealing with the myth of romantic love, which is present in our culture. The series is an attempt to deal with it, a kind of trial. Is it true that life reflects beautiful, fairy-tale stories? Confrontation with reality brings you down to earth. It turns out that childhood dreams can be impossible to fulfill. Princesses don't exist and the heart is actually a different shape. It doesn't really exist, it's all made up. The butterflies are made of paper and the people are lined up. The other half is not a perfect complement. There are gaps, mismatches and clashes. It's getting harder and harder to digest fears and worn-out expectations. Love, despite the pink and icing that it initially offers us, also brings disappointments, disappointments, and sometimes it ends traumatically. Wounds remain unhealed. Loneliness is closer than it seemed, and infatuation only for a moment gives the illusion of being close.
