Cieľom bakalárskej práce je poukázať na procesné práva a povinnosti účastníkov konania. Procesné práva a povinnosti tvoria neoddeliteľnú a veľmi dôležitú súčasť pre jednotlivcov, ako v bežnom živote, tak aj v civilnom procese.
