Burnout Syndrome in Policemen of the Criminal Police and Investigation Service

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s tématem "Syndrom vyhoření u policistů Služby kriminální policie a vyšetřování" obsahuje dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První kapitola pojednává o jevu zvaném syndrom vyhoření, popisuje jeho historii, symptomy, fáze, důsledky syndromu vyhoření a samotnou prevenci. Druhá kapitola se zabývá Policií České republiky, popisuje práci Služby kriminální policie a vyšetřování, pojednává o policejním stresu a stresových situacích, s nimiž se nejen policisté Služby kriminální služby a vyšetřování mohou setkat. Dále v této kapitole nalezneme zmínku o týmové práci a synergii. Praktická část bakalářské práce se věnuje provedenému výzkumu u policistů Služby kriminální policie a vyšetřování z Územního odboru Frýdek-Místek. Je zde uveden cíl, výzkumná metoda, výzkumný nástroj a samotné vyhodnocení získaných dat. Cílem bakalářské práce je nejen zjištění míry postižení syndromem vyhoření u policistů Služby kriminální policie a vyšetřování, ale také seznámit čtenáře s problematikou a základními informacemi týkající se jevu zvaného syndrom vyhoření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis with the theme called "Burnout syndrome in policemen at The Criminal Investigation Department" contains two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is devided in two chapters. The first deals with the phenomenon called burnout syndrome, describes its history, symptoms, phases, consequences of burnout syndrome and prevention itself. The second chapter deals with the Police of the Czech Republic, describes work of The Criminal Investigation Department, concerns with the police stress and stressful situations which the policemen of The Criminal Investigation Department might encouter with. Further in this chapter we find a reference of team work and synergy. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the carried research at the policemen of The Criminal Investigation Department from the Department of the City Planning of Frýdek - Místek. The aim is given here, research method, research tools and evaluation of gained data. The aim of the bachelor thesis is not only the founding of affecting extend of burnout syndrome in policement at The Criminal Investigation Department, but to introduce the readers with the issues and basic information concerning the event called burnout syndrome.
