Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na syntézu periferních inhibitorů acetylcholinesterasy jako potenciálních léčiv onemocnění myasthenia gravis. Připravené sloučeniny mají biskvarterní strukturu tvořenou dvěma pyridinovými kruhy spojenými devíti uhlíkatým spojovacím řetězcem a substituovanými v poloze 4 různými lipofilními substituenty. The bachelor thesis focuses on the synthesis of peripheral acetylcholinesterase inhibitors as potential treatment for myasthenia gravis. Prepared compounds have bisquaternary structure comprised of two pyridine rings connected together by nine-membered connecting linker and substituted by various lipophilic substituents in the position 4.
