V první části své bakalářské práci se budu zabývat samotným oborem nukleární medicíny, onemocněním karcinomu prostaty u mužů a komplikacím z toho plynoucích. Ve druhé části se budu zabývat jednou z konkrétních metod paliativní léčby systémových kostních metastáz u pacientů s typem kastračně rezistentního karcinomu prostaty. Abstract:
In the first part of my bachelors´s thesis I will talk about the nuclear medicine itself and about the prostate cancer and complications of this disease. The second part will be about the systematic palliative treatment of castration resistant prostate cancer bone mestatsis. This treatment uses 223Radium - dichloride.
