The presented bachelor thesis focuses on the Slovak particle "vraj", its functions in the Slovak language, and contrastively analyzes its equivalents in German. Predložená bakalárska práca sa zameriava na slovenskú časticu „vraj“, jej funkcie v slovenčine a kontrastívne rozoberá jej ekvivalenty v nemčine. Teoretická časť práce je tvorená predovšetkým poznatkami z odbornej literatúry o funkciách, význame a klasifikácii častíc a im podobných elementov v slovenskom a nemeckom jazyku.
