Optimalization of business process with lean management tools
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis „Optimalization of Business Process with Lean Management Tools“ analyses the process of flow of an order through administrative departments of company, finds problematic areas of this process, suggests their imrpovements and tries to evaluate these suggestions in terms of costs and benefits. Tools of process analysis and lean management have been employed.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca „Optimalizace Vybraného Procesu v Podniku s Využitím Nástrojů Lean Managementu“ analyzuje proces toku zakázky administratívnymi oddeleniami podniku, nachádza problematické miesta, navrhuje ich zlepšenie a snaží sa tieto návrhy vyhodnotiť z hľadiska nákladov a prínosov. Využité pritom boli nástroje procenej analýzy a lean managementu.
