Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem mezi dimenzemi prosociální osobnosti a rodinného prostředí. Teoretická část, která vychází ze současných vědeckých poznatků, je zaměřena na problematiku prosociálního chování, vymezení prosociální osobnosti a složitosti rozvoje tohoto pozitivního jednání ve spojitosti s rodinným prostředím. Empirická část je koncipována jako výzkumné šetření tematicky orientované na percipovanou úroveň přívětivosti a diferenciace v dimenzích a faktorech prosociální osobnosti u studentů středních škol ve Zlínském a Moravskoslezském kraji. Stěžejním cílem práce je zjistit vztah mezi dimenzemi prosociální osobnosti a rodinného prostředí u středoškolských studentů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the relationship between the dimensions of prosocial personality and the family environment. The theoretical part is based on current scientific knowledge and concentrates on prosocial behaviour, the definition of prosocial personality and the complexity of developing this positive behaviour in connection with the family environment. The empirical part was carried out as a research survey targeted at the perceived level of amiability and differentiation in dimensions and factors of prosocial personality in students of secondary schools in the Zlín and Moravian-Silesian Regions. The main aim of the thesis is to determine the relationship between the dimensions of prosocial personality and the family environment in secondary school students.
