Ochrana vlastnického práva v římském právu a dnes (komparace)

The Protection of the Ownership in Roman Law and in Present Time
Abstract:
Zadání práce směřovalo k nástinu vývoje a vymezení pojmu vlastnického práva v římském právu a představení jednotlivých prostředků jeho ochrany. Stranou pozornosti nemělo zůstat ani římsko-právní pojetí faktického panství nad věcí (possessio) a ochrana držby a pokojného stavu jak v právu římském, tak v právu současném.
Abstract:
Entering the work was intended to outline the development and definition of property rights in Roman law and the performance of individual means of protection. Not be disregarded even by the Roman law concept of de facto dominion over things (possessio) and the protection of tenure and peaceful state in the law as the Roman, as in law today.
