Diplomová práce je zaměřena zejména na hodnocení náhradního mateřství v právních a některých etických souvislostech v porovnání s vybranými zeměmi. V první části pojednává o náhradním mateřství obecně. Jsou zde vymezeny termíny typické pro realizaci náhradního mateřství a rozebrána některá etická dilemata plynoucí z realizace tohoto institutu. Abstract:
This thesis describes surrogate motherhood legislation in the Czech Republic compared to selected countries. Firstly, it describes how surrogacy is both the legal and the ethical problem, too. In the first part are mentioned some terms which are typical for surrogacy. It deals with surrogate motherhood in the ethical context and attempts to frame it as problem that needs be solved.
