Analysis of the use of eco-friendly materials in wooden buildings in the context of interest in quantifying financial differences from normal materials

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou ekologicky šetrných materiálů využívaných v dřevostavbách v kontextu zájmu o kvantifikaci finanční a ekologické náročnosti těchto materiálů. Zpracování výsledků práce vychází z analýzy environmentálního prohlášení o produktu (EPD), konkrétně potenciálu globálního oteplování, potenciálu okyselování prostředí, spotřeby primární energie a cenové náročnosti. Pro účely komparace bylo celkem navrženo sedm typů skladeb rámové konstrukce. První dvě varianty, jsou skladby běžně používané v ČR, s rozdílným difúzním propustnosti. Zbylé skladby jsou navržené s využitím ekologicky šetrných materiálů. V práci jsou vyhodnoceny environmentální dopady použitých materiálů i celkových skladeb. Nacenění je zpracováno pomocí položkového rozpočtu. Výsledkem práce je posouzení jednotlivých skladeb z environmentálního a ekonomického hlediska.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the analysis of environmentally friendly materials used in wooden buildings in the context of interest in quantifying the financial and environmental serenity of these materials. The results of the work are based on the analysis of the environmental product declaration (EPD), specifically the potential of global warming, acidification of the environment, the consumption of the primary energy, and the price intensity. For comparison purposes, there were designed a total of seven types of frame structure compositions. The first two variants are compositions commonly used in the Czech Republic with different diffusion permeability. The remaining compositions are designed with the usage of ecologically friendly materials. The work evaluates the environmental impacts of used materials and overall compositions. The pricing is processed by using an itemized budget. The result of the work is the appraisal of individual compositions from the environmental and economical point of view.
