Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce nás seznamuje s problematikou pasivních a nízkoenergetických domů. Je rozdělena do tří částí. Nejprve jsou popisovány zásady navrhování NED a PD. Definují se zde pojmy nízkoenergetický a pasivní dům, neprůvzdušnost a větrání. Ve druhé části se pojednává o praktických realizacích těchto domů. Z jakých materiálů jsou stavěny, postup při navrhování domů, jejich výhody, nevýhody a vytápění. Třetí kapitola se zabývá porovnáním NED a PD po stránce energetické, ekonomické a ekologické.

Abstract:

The main goal of this graduation thesis is to make you acquianted with problems of passive houses and low-energy houses. It is divided into three parts. First part describes how to design passive and low-energy houses and what are the main fundamentals. There are defined conceptions of passive and low-energy houses, their air-proofness and ventilation. In the second part are disserted realisations of the houses - which material they are build, what procedures are used by designing of the houses, advantages and disadvantages of the houses and last but not least what heating should be installed. In the third part there is a comparison of low-energy house and passive house from energetic, economical and ecological point of view.
