Abstract:
Diplomová práce na téma eJustice se zabývá zaváděním informačních a komunikačních technologií do soudnictví.Práce se v první části zejména zaměřuje na vybrané právní a technické otázky elektronizace justice. V druhé části práce jsou vypracovány případové studie elektronizace civilního řízení sporného ve třech evropských státecch, které následně porovnává.
Abstract:
The thesis on "eJustice" deals with the implementation of ICT into judiciary. First part of this thesis mainly focuses on selected legal and technical issues of electronization of the judiciary. The second part contains case studies of computerization of the civil proceedings in three european countries. These studies are consequently compared.
