New Building with Low Energy Consumption

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je v teoretické části zaměřena na základní problematiku výstavby objektů s nízkou spotřebou energie. První stránky jsou věnované pojmenování a rozdělení jednotlivých úrovní objektů. Dále se práce zabývá optimálním postupem návrhu právě takového domu, na zásady jeho výstavby a konstrukční řešení. Aplikační část je poté zaměřena na řešení konkrétního projektu novostavby s nízkou spotřebou energie. Při návrhu novostavby bylo postupováno podle optimalizačního cyklu, který je popsán v teoretické části. Nejdříve byla vypracována architektonická studie domu s řešenými případnými detaily tak, aby již v této fázi mohla být stavba posouzena v programu Energie 2016. Následoval projekt pro stavební povolení. Cílem práce je navrhnout rodinný dům, který bude splňovat současné požadavky na bydlení, zprostředkuje majitelům dostatečný komfort při bydlení, bude šetrný k životnímu prostředí a náklady spojené s jeho provozem budou minimální. Výsledky aplikační části potvrzují, že požadavek na návrh domu s nízkou spotřebou energie byl splněn. Dominantu okolní vesnické krajiny tvoří lesy, louky a pole. Proto i objekt je navržen tak, aby svým tvarem, typem střechy, materiálovým a barevným provedením do krajiny zapadl.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on basic construction issues of buildings with low energy consumption. The first pages are dedicated to naming and classification of individual levels of objects. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the optimization of these kind of houses, the principles of their construction and the design solution. The application part follows instructions contained in theoretical part and processes a solution of a concrete project of a new building with low energy consumption. The design of a new building is followed by the optimization cycle, which is described in the theoretical part. At first was developed an architectural study of the house with details to be solved so that the building could be assessed in the program Energie 2016 at this stage. Then follows a project for a building permit. The aim of the thesis is to design a family house that meets the current housing requirements, provides sufficient comfort in housing to owners, is environmentally friendly and the costs associated with their operation are minimal. The results of the application section imply that the claim of a designed low energy house was met. There are forests, meadows and fields in surrounding countryside. That is reason why the object is designed to fit its shape, type of a roof, material and colour into this landscape.
