System designu education innovation management to improve the quality of services provided

Abstract:

The theme of thesis proposal is an innovative learning management system to improve the quality of services provided. The work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on innovation, their classification and further characterization of innovation management, training in management, the innovation process, ensuring the competitiveness of companies and reengineering. The second chapter is dedicated to quality service, quality management system for the organization of services. The third chapter is analyzed the work of innovation management improvment the quality security services company in the Questionnaire through innovative management education in ensuring a better quality of service. The last chapter deals with suggestions for improvement of quality services by creating innovative management with a proposed vision of showing the possibility of introducing new and innovative learning methods into its staff training so as to ensure improvement of services provided to the customer. The aim of this work is to design the system architecture for innovation management training to improve the quality of services provided in the selected companies.

Abstract:

Témou bakalárskej práce je Návrh systému vzdelávania inovačného manažmentu pre zvýšenie kvality poskytovaných služieb. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na inovácie, ich členenie a charakteristiku ďalej na inovačný manažment, vzdelávanie v manažmente, na inovačný proces zabezpečujúci konkurencieschopnosť spoločnosti a reinžiniering. Druhá kapitola je venovaná kvalite služieb, systému manažérstva kvality pre organizáciu služieb. V tretej kapitole je analyzovaná práca inovačného manažmentu v zabezpečení zvýšenia kvality služieb v spoločnosti prostredníctvom Dotazníku inovačný manažment vo vzdelávaní zabezpečujúci lepšiu kvalitu poskytovaných služieb. Posledná kapitola pojednáva návrh zlepšenia kvality služieb formou vytvárania inovačného manažmentu s navrhnutou víziou ukazujúcou možnosti zavedenia nového inovačného vzdelávania a jeho metód do vzdelávania zamestnancov čím sa zabezpečí skvalitňovanie poskytnutých služieb zákazníkovi.
