Práce se zaměřuje na trendy v odměňování manažerů v ČR. Jejím cílem je zjistit současné trendy ve vybraných oblastech a stanovit trendy do budoucna za pomocí dat získaných z průzkumu společností Executive Job s. r. o. a Vissto Solutions s. r. o. a také dat získaných ze dvou osobních rozhovorů s manažerkami, které mají na starosti agendu odměňování. The thesis focuses on trends in managerial remuneration in the Czech Republic. Its aim is to identify current trends in selected areas and to determine future trends using data obtained from a survey of Executive Job s.r.o. and Vissto Solutions s.r.o. and data obtained from two personal interviews with managers in charge of the remuneration agenda.
