Confocal microscopy as one of the techniques of investigation the profile surface
Abstract:
My work contains microscopy theory overview, especially emphasising confocal microscopy. Theoretical part ends with basic principles of function in chosen types of confocal microscopes. Practical part shows confocal microscope Olympus Lext OLS4000, its purpose, functions and benefits in the field of surface investigation.
Abstract:
Práca obsahuje prehľad teórie mikroskopie s dôrazom na konfokálnu mikroskopiu. Teroetickú časť uzatvára popis princípu funkcie vybraných druhov konfokálnych mikroskopov. Praktická časť sa venuje konfokálnemu mikroskopu Olympus LEXT OLS4000, jeho využitiu, funkciám a prínosnosti na poli skúmania povrchov.
